What we built
- The website at landsure.ai: fast on phones, with structured data on every page and a sitemap, so people, Google and AI assistants can all read it.
- A free property check: type an address, see the property boundary on a map and get the report price straight away.
- Lead capture: every completed check goes into a Google Sheets customer list through a Make automation, run in Make's EU region.
- LandSure LIVE, a 3D map platform for business customers, with national datasets, a digital twin and satellite ground-movement points. It is in pre-launch beta.
- A set of nine Google display ads, each under Google's 150 KB file limit.
- Scripts for a 30-second YouTube ad, with different opening hooks to test.
- A Google Ads plan with staged budgets, plus an automated daily review of the account. A person makes every change.
- Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, set up and checked.
- A live marketing dashboard: website visits, free checks and sales by region on one screen.
- One small extra: AI-assisted design of the report template.
Results so far
- Google Lighthouse on mobile, September 2026: 100 for accessibility and 100 for SEO on every page.
- A speed pass lifted Lighthouse mobile performance from 38–57 to 82–92.
Good to know
LandSure only launched in August 2026, so it is too early for sales figures. We'll add them here once there are enough to mean something.
